§ 92.06. JURISDICTION OF DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

The Beech Grove Cemetery is hereby placed under the jurisdiction of the City Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Board of the City Department of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to approve and sign claims in connection with the operation of the Beech Grove Cemetery.
